I just took a survey related to menstrual products, and I was unable to answer the questions accurately and truthfully. One of the questions asked whether I used pads or tampons more, and I do not use either: I use a menstrual cup and reusable cloth pantyliners. The questions then continued to ask me in more detail about my pad usage, and again none of the options were relevant to my own usage. Other women also use natural sponges as another option.
Survey questions asking which products people use should allow an "other" answer. And surveys about menstrual products should include all options that women actually use.

Todays triumph, after a week of sewing (and one casualty, the black one I was making LOL)
to hit Etsy tomorrow.
I will boil this and sterilize it before sending as well as include a milton sterilizing tablet with the cup so you can sterilize it again. Instructions are included also.
$26 shipping included. Paypal & US only thanks!

Can anyone give me a price check on her? She's sold out and is selling for $300 in box.
She has her origional face-up and wig (with pigtails and hairbaubles).
Her middle is a little loose, but not floppy. All other joints are good.
I still haven't slept yet.
I even ate turkey to see if it would put me to sleep.
It didn't.
I would cry, but I am too tired for tears.
Whispful sigh!!!
XD
This fits Lyn like a dressy shirt,
and it fits my Lati and Pukifee
like a dress! :3
I FINALLY got the arms right ^__^
Pretty happy about that.
Ahh...I hope I can sell things more.
We really need money, and it doesn't
look promising that I will find another
job in time (nor would I be able to keep
up with learning all the new crap at a
new job and school X_X I'm not that good).
13:57 @KENJITSU Me too! Very slack already right? I think it's cos we're burnt out by last week.. #
14:15 @KENJITSU What encounters? Lol I very confused now. Go study lah! :((( Hahaha. #

So I was thinking, i just got a new shower curtain and it is washable, water RESISTANT, and semi-see through. So whever i put it under the full force of the shower head there was a mist going through! that sparked something. If it were to "disappear" from the bathroom, i can sew cup pouches out of them. So then you can just pull the bag out of your purse, put the cup in it, get out of the stall, and wash it without people knowing. Its like a built in strainer!! I took pics of it-
It is sorta hard to capture the beauty of this curtain lol bc it is not grey it is blue. And the close up is to show it is woven with plastic NOT MATERIAL COATED WITH A SEALANT.
i was thinking about making them and selling them, but jeeze anyone can get a shower curtain. lol
So if you can find this kind of shower curtain at your house then you can make a cup pouch/strainer : )
**NOTE**
make sure whenever you buy it, it says water RESISTANT, not water PROOF.
well anyway good luck with your pouch making!!
Well, my 1-year anniversary for successfully using a cup is coming up in January and I want to do something to celebrate. Just a little private celebration for myself. I was thinking about buying a new cup but I don't *really* need another one and money is tight. Do any of you ladies have any ideas for what I could do? Have any of you celebrated your cup anniversaries and if so, what did you do?
10-12am: Read Handmaids Tale p. 167-200 something ^_^ accomplished one of the readings (4 more to go!!)
12-1pm: Took a shower, ate lunch getting ready for youth choir later
1pm-3pm: Tried to read other books that are supposed to be read before monday (failed) watched half of episode 5 "You're Beautiful" (Gawd.. I'm just so productive, no?)
3pm: Went to TOYS "R" US to buy gifts for a baby christening tomorrow, my dad will be a godfather
purchase: this baby walker thingy and a stuffed animal
Went to Dollarama to buy gift wraps etc.
4pm: Went to church to practice in youth choir
7pm: Mass time. Yep we have a 4 hour choir practice, but I don't notice the time really... I love going to choir to be quite honest and even if I had a lot of homework, I would sacrifice my time for choir, its one of the only times I felt I could really do something personal for God and its also fun and there's food ^_^ (and ALOT of talented, musical people like man seriously).
8pm: Mass ended. Went over neighbour's house because of Manny Pacquiao (famous filipino boxer) he had a fight just an hour or two ago, my neighbour paid $60 for pay-per-view just to watch the match against a Puerto Rican guy, Cotto. It was my first time watching Pacquiao's matches, and gotta admit... man HE IS GOOD. and even though I freak out whenever I see people getting hurt/punched/bleeding... it was exciting and our reactions were hilarious.. so many filipinos must be cheering out there, MAN talk about patriotic pride! LOL I felt really sorry for the opponent though, his face was... well swelling and bleeding.. not a pretty sight.

11:28pm: Going to go and watch where I left off in "You're beautiful" *fangirl* ><;; and debating whether she should watch New Moon next week, or This Is It (Michael Jackson--my idol!) or 2012 (end of the world movie ... uh.. don't wanna be depressed-- and let me tell ya, I get depressed when I see things like these).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3:00am: Watching ep. 6 of You're Beautiful... HOLY SHIETT.. i JUST realized... Park Shin Hye also acted in "Tree of Heaven"!!! holy crap SHE IS A GOOD ACTRESS!!!! I should've realized this earlier.. OMG! I'm usually good at recognizing people(wow):
Wow.. I actually did this on paint.... its 3AM right now.. what the heck am I doing... XD *goes back to watch ep. 6*
Being a mom is really amazing, even if it doesn't quite seem real yet. I'm definitely very busy though! My MNF arrived today and I hid it in the art room (from my mom, not from husband), and it will be a few days before I get to open her. SO, SO worth it. And never mind the kicking back... looks like she needs fed. <3
I will NOT blow up the world today!
I will NOT blow up the world today!
Just because people are stupid, annoying and rude!!!
Is no excuse to blow up the world today...
Just because people use you, ignore you and piss on you,
is no excuse to blow up the world today...
Just because no one has manners or the brains of a dead nat,
is no excuse to blow up the world today...
Just because November SUCKS big time
is no excuse to blow up the world today...
Just because you haven't slept in five days...
well... that might be a good reason...
but we will still refrane from blowing up the world today...
I think I really hate this November,
and I am really am just too tired to blow up the world today...
EDIT: i thought a waterproof pouch might be useful sometimes if she wants to rinse her cup quickly with water and store. it wouldn't matter if some water was left. however, i'll be sure to tell her not to use the waterproof pouch all the time.
I decided to take a couple pictures of my cups in comparison to each other.
( Pictures )
( Cut for babbling about my experiences )
( More babbling, this time about my favorite cup )
